Disciples Door to Door
Disciples Door to Door is a mission program providing nurture and fellowship to nursing home residents in the Montgomery area. Volunteers of all ages (and some well-behaved pets) visit with nursing home residents, bringing gift bags that are lovingly packaged by FCC's H3 Youth Group. Volunteers can visit with residents or donate needed items for gift bags. This ministry visits an average of 75 residents a month. H3 Youth Group packs lunch sacks full of items for seniors, including items such as Kleenex, crackers, sugar-free candy, socks, hats. (Donated items or funds to purchase these items are welcome.)
